SUBMIT THIS FORM ONLY ONCE FOR A CHILD.
Provision of Enquiry Form or Pre-Registration Form is not an Offer of Admission.
The photo of the student should be of passport size, clear and recent.
Prepare the following documents (in image or pdf format) before commencing to fill up the form – Photo (jpg or png only), Aadhar Number, Birth Certificate, Fitness Certificate, Community Certificate if applicable, Previous School Academic and Co curricular Report and Fee Payment Transaction Id
The process for Registration is completed in 15 days. Unless you are contacted within that period, it is indicative that Registration Process has been completed and seat could not be offered for your ward. Thank you.
After Payment of any Fees- Pre Registration, Annual or Term Fee, this FORM may be filled up for recording the same.

Before clicking on the ‘Save’ button and confirming the Application, complete the payment of Fees and include the Transaction Id in the relevant column.
After Payment of any Fees- Pre Registration, Annual or Term Fee, this FORM may be filled up for recording the same.

After completion of Form, an email with the filled -in form will be saved to your system (default folder) as a PDF.
Both Parents should sign the Printed out pdf and submit it during the Admission Process.

Follow up
Status updates on your application will be made by email to the id which you have given. The mails will be from donotreply@svgroup.org. Include this id in your contacts to get the mails into your inbox. Also check the ‘spam’ folder of your email client. Do not reply to this id – it is used by the system to send updates.
